When I created the website the Hispanic Fanatic, I sought to address both the big issues that influence the Latino experience, as well as the subtleties of Hispanic culture. So over the next decade, I wrote about racial strife, immigration, Latino identity, political power, Carlos Santana, and the correct way to make a pupusa — among hundreds of other topics.
